My work as a Counselor and Therapist
My education and past experience in the world of counseling psychology and business has allowed me to work within both industries that I am passionate about. In my years of experience in therapy, I have had the privilege to work with clients on their journey through challenges of depression, stress, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges (work relationships, married and un-married couples relationships, inter-racial and cross-cultural marriages, individual and family relationships), teenagers, children and parenting issues.
The age ranges of these clients have been from 5 to 64. I have had the honor to work with diverse cultures, some of which are Eastern European, Indian, Asian, Middle–Eastern, European and Caucasian. Many of my clients have started with short term counseling and have chosen to continue into long term therapy for support through life’s future challenges.
In addition to being a licensed counselor and psychotherapist (therapist), I have over 15 years of experience in the field of Business Operations, Human Resources and Project Management. My business experience was gathered in the Investment Management /Financial Services, Airline and Software Industries. I have a Masters in Personnel Management, and am a PMI certified Project Management Professional. I continuously strive to remain current with the challenges in today's workplace to understand your perspective and use my skills in therapy, in collaboration with you, to achieve your therapy goals.
